For over30years of reform and opening up, China’s economic and international status has been developed quickly and ascension. The enthusiasm of the Chinese learning continues to heat up and "Chinese hot" has quietly formation.In recent years, the number of learning Chinese abroad had been growing rapidly.By the Chinese culture deeply influenced countries in Asia such as Japan and South Korea,more and more students chose the Chinese as the first foreign language,for master and fluent in Mandarin has become a necessary condition to facilitate the future development. In Southeast Asia, the Chinese have gradually become an important language of commerce and trade in the region.In Western countries, learning the Chinese language to add the number of the ratio remained at around40%per year.According to the Leading Group Office of Chinese Language Council International statistics show that over three thousand university opened Chinese language courses in one hundred countries around the world,and the number of overseas learning Chinese has more than40million people.Language is the carrier of culture substance, as one country language widely promotion and dissemination, and its representative of the soft strength and international discourse right over the country also more and more far-reaching impact.Our country has a long history in the course of spreading Chinese language, in the spread and popularization of each stage presents different characteristics.we need to summarize the past history, in order to achieve better results in the future, make a greater contribution.This paper will make the country as the horizontal axis and time for the vertical axis to start the introduction of the dissemination and promotion of the Chinese.
