The Relationship Between QlrQlz And Tang Dynasty From Tributary Largess System

Through the Northern and Southern dynasty’s political upheaval and nationalintegration, then the Tang Dynasty appeared on historical arena. The reign ofunprecedented territory, until northern desert hinterland north, west, then cover thewhole of Central Asia,"the people of the world were bow" and "each minority weresubmitted."The reasons, generally was due to a series of open-minded and follow thehistorical trend of the development of national policy which was implemented by theTang Dynasty.Even when its own strength and national prestige greatly weakenedthe Tang dynasty power group was still able to contend with each ethnic skillfully,maintained the central position and the tribute largess system. The author is interestedin the different policy that Tang Dynasty was used for ethnic during two periods.QlrQlz is ancestors of Kirgiz in our country, the Central Asian country ofKyrgyzstan’s ancestors is also QlrQlz. QlrQlz who had succumbed to the Turks,Xueyan Tuo, Uighur and other minority political power, to840years, defeatedUighur and ruled the northern desert. You couldn’t find the history document aboutwar which between QlrQlz and Tang Dynasty. Even in the heyday of QlrQlz(840-857), Tang Dynasty and QlrQlz also maintained friendly relations. TangDynasty and QlrQlz maintained their friendly relations under the tribute largesssystem nearly two hundred years from648to890. How could they maintain this"peace relationship"? What policies did Tang Dynasty use in dealing with therelationship? Did the QlrQlz agree with that they had the same ancestors with Tangdynasty? Did Tang Dynasty say they and QlrQlz had the same ancestors by heart orjust forced by the situation? I’d like to make a superficial discussion these issues intribute largess perspective in the paper, and then as fully as possible show therelationship between the Tang dynasty and QlrQlz to readers.Tang dynasty and QlrQlz maintained a peaceful relationship under the tributelargess system, and the relationship was reflected by canonization tribute and larges.The paper will focus on the Tang dynasty’s policies dealing with therelationship of QlrQlz and whether they confirmed and agreed with each other.
