The reasons for the pressure come from the work itself or the leader,or other members in the organization(such as colleagues). When they feel pressure, how to deal with its influence, and how big or small work pressure affects their sleep quality, these are all the issues that this paper intends to explore. In this study, the relationship between work stress and sleep quality(state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises, public institutions and private enterprises, etc.)was discussed. It also used the occupational Stress Scale(OSI-R)and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)as questionnaires.During the formal measurement in this study,520 questionnaires were distributed and 520 questionnaires were recovered.Among them,505 valid questionnaires were obtained by deleting random answers and answers with obvious continuous arrangement as well as missing answers.SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 were used for reliability and validity test and T-test and correlation analysis with regression analysis and demographic variable analysis. The results are as follows:1.In the occupational stress scale, the dimensions in which the mean of male employees was higher than that of female employees were as follows: social support and leisure with task ambiguity and task insufficiency; The dimensions in which the mean value of males is lower than that of females are as follows: physical stress response and interpersonal stress response with psychological stress response and business stress response as well as working environment and responsibility with task boundary and over-task.2.In the occupational stress scale, the dimensions in which the mean value of short-working age employees is higher than that of long-working age employees are as follows: body stress response and working environment; The dimensions in which the mean value of short-service employees is lower than that of long-service employees are as follows: rational handling and social support with self-care and interpersonal relationship tension response as well as psychological tension response with task ambiguity and task insufficiency.3.Occupational stress scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index are always divided into positive correlation dimensions: somatic stress response and interpersonal stress response with psychological stress response and business stress response; The dimensions of negative correlation include: rational behavior and social support with leisure and work environment as well as self-care.4.In the occupational stress scale, the dimensions that have negative predictive effect on the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index are work environment and leisure with self-care and social support as well as rational behavior.Psychological stress response with interpersonal stress response and somatic stress response have positive predictive effect on the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Employee, Work Stress, Sleep Quality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
