| For the branch of a academic subject,the study of its searching methodology is mostimportant.And it is needless to say,for any academic study,methodology is meaningful.HetuvidyÄhad came into China for several times,but every time it almost had been the lostknowledge.In Japanese and China’s Tibet, HetuvidyÄwas inherited and becameprosperous.So,we must reflect on the our researching method to HetuvidyÄ. Under theeducational background of modern knowledge, some academicsubjects,linguistics,documentation science,and textology,arranged and studiedHetuvidyÄ,trying to restore its original text. Modern historical analysis, hermeneuticsemphasized approaching and restoring the culture and spirit of the original text. Easternlogic and philosophy studied the inference model of HetuvidyÄ,then the study of pramÄnais going deeper with the development of logic and philos ophy. How to study HetuvidyÄefficiently and make it prosperous?This is the aim of this dissertation.The study of HetuvidyÄin Chinese of the last century can be divided into twointerrelated systems:the classical study and that under eastern modern academicbackground. The classical study can be divided into three subsystems:China,Japan,andTibet. The characteristic of classical study is monistic. HetuvidyÄinherited and developedby itself:text and practice were its two major fields. It is the text arguing that play a keyrole in the inheritage of HetuvidyÄ. The study of HetuvidyÄunder eastern academicbackground is multiplicity,and differentiate in many sides such as methods,processes,andresults.The different goals are the key in comparing the study of HetuvidyÄ. |
