Patella strain is a common disease in sports injuries.It can cause pain and dysfunction in a patient’s knee.In therapy,long-term efficacy of surgical therapy is limited because of many sequelae.As a result,some rehabilitation therapies are being applied gradually,and have achieved certain effect.It is of great significance to study pathogenesis and take corresponding measures to treat it.The initiative quadriceps contraction capacity is the main cause of the stability of the knee.One of the keys to rehabilitation therapy is to increase muscle strength and enhance the stability of the knee.The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of training method.This experiment also has applied Kinitech Isokinetic testing system to test the patients’ largest quadriceps extensor torques before and after rehabilitation exercises,to assess the effects of quadriceps strength exercises and see how it alleviate patella strain.The method is to randomly select 40 students of physical education department who have patella strain,and divide them into Rehabilitation group and the control group.The Rehabilitation groups do quadriceps isometric exercises in early stages,5 times each set,4 sets one day,and extensor gradual Resistive exercises within 20°knee flexion in late stages, weight load for the 6-8 RM,repeated four sets,one time every two days, increase the weight after the muscle adapts to the load.The control group practice standing on the peg.We compare the effect on the basis of the clinical efficacy score.Results:In the Clinical Evaluation of observation group,the total efficiency is 85%,the total efficiency of the control group is 65%, according to Ridit analysis,P<0.01,the two groups has significant difference.The total score of Clinical symptoms and symptoms of pain before and after,,t-test,P<0.01,there was a significant difference. The two groups’ quadriceps peak torque,and the peak torque growth rate between the two groups,t-test,P<0.01,there are also significant differences. Conclusion:According to the statistical analysis,the quadriceps strength of the observation group is improved.It has played an important role in easing the symptoms of patients effectively.
