With the vigorous development of the Calisthenics, and public demands become individuation and diversification, there is a growing demand for aerobics professional personnel in our society. As the main output position of aerobics professional talents, the university becomes stricter about the learning and training of aerobics majors. In order to obtain high quality of the training effect and the good results of the competition, some aerobics majors blindly run after the intensive training for a long time. They often ignore the systematic and scientific of the training. What's more, they also ignore the importance of relaxation exercises after training. These undue behaviors will greatly increases the incidence of muscle strain. For calisthenics majors, the stain of lumbar muscle is the most serious physical injury, and it is also the most common injury. The stain of lumbar muscles will bring greatly negative influence to calisthenics' training and competition. It will not only bring the physiological and psychological pain to aerobics majors, but also reduce the “plastic space” of some high-level aerobics majors. What's more, it also caused huge waste of manpower and material in sports and educations. This research is mainly using the literature method, survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and contrast analysis method to intensive investigate how does the rehabilitative training could help aerobics majors to cure or even avoid the strain of lumbar muscles. There are the following conclusions:1) College Aerobics students produce muscle strain factors are mainly preparatory activities irrational, emotional regulation psychological discomfort, technical action is not standardized, poor physical fitness, exercise-induced fatigue, protective measures are not in place, the waist exercise load is too large, as seasonal climate, the harsh space environment and other aspects.2) enhance the waist strength training training is divided into static and dynamic training for static training, we were designed five unarmed class action, four kinds of instrumental class action; for power training, designed a total of seven kinds of instruments auxiliary class action; waist relaxation training, we designed a total of six kinds of unarmed static stretching class action, 5 instrumental class stretching movements.3) by experimental data: VAS, lumbar mobility and ADL evaluation aspects are declining, which means that the muscle strain symptoms have a remission after six weeks of rehabilitation training. What's more, this symptoms will be a further respite after twelve weeks of rehabilitation training.The fellow conclusions can be draw: rehabilitation treatment of lumbar muscle strain Aerobics students have a certain effect, low recurrence rate, a significant improvement in pain, simple; increased waist strength training and relaxation training in waist relieve back pain, improve core muscles waist strength and ability of daily life with better long-term efficacy.Finally, according to the problems that found during the research process, the following suggestions can be put forward:1) College Aerobics students and teachers should raise awareness and attention to muscle strain in daily training and competition should be preparatory activities, psychological and emotional debugging, technical movements use, physical fitness training, exercise-induced fatigue recovery, protection measures implementation, medical supervision, seasonal climate and space environment observation, and training programs and the development of the game closely integrated program to prevent the occurrence of muscle strain.2) In the course of treatment Calisthenics College Majors muscle strain, the case should be developed for specific scientific and effective rehabilitation plans and programs, in principle, to the static and dynamic training based training, relaxation training, supplemented training period should be considered a specific degree muscle strain and designated and adjusted accordingly.3)The scientific and effective rehabilitation training plan can be set up by the different levels of strain of lumbar muscles, and relaxation training is indispensable except the static or dynamic training. By contrast, the patients with severe strain of lumbar muscles need to be suggest extending the training cycle.
