Objective:The prevalence of LDH in China has surpassed that of diabetes and hypertension, and it has become a very serious public health problem. The core muscle strength training and SDS are widely used clinically as an effective rehabilitation means of LDH.The aim of the study to observe the therapeutic effect of core muscle strength training combined with SDS in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients,in order to provide an important basis for the clinical rehabilitation of LDH.Methods: The study was conducted from January to July 2022.Sixty patients with were randomly divided into the control group(N=20),core training group(N=20)and combination treatment group(N=20),and used in the random number table to complete the grouping operation. The control group underwent routine rehabilitation training for 30 minutes per day;The core training group underwent 30 minutes of core muscle strength training every day on the basis of routine rehabilitation training; The combination treatment group underwent 30 minutes of core muscle strength training and 30 minutes of SDS treatment every day on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. All three groups performed 5 days / week for 4 weeks. All subjects were evaluated for VAS pain score,ODI lumbar function score, angle of straight leg raise, area of the center of gravity, the difference in average foot pressure and angle of the body offset before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention. Results: 1、Three group had not significantly difference in baselines(P>0.05).2、The intervention measures of the three groups can reduce the VAS score of patients and meet the requirements of P<0.05.After 4 weeks intervention, the VAS score of the core training group and combination treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the lowest(p <0.05).3、After 4 weeks intervention, the ODI score in three groups can much decrease(P<0.05),core training group and combination treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the lowest(p <0.05).4、After 4 weeks intervention, the angle of straight leg raise in three groups can much increase(P<0.05),core training group and combination treatment group were higher than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the highest(p <0.05).5、After 4 weeks intervention, area of the center of gravity in three groups were all improved(P<0.05),core training group and combination treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the lowest(p <0.05).6、After 4 weeks intervention, the difference in average foot pressure in three groups were all improved(P<0.05),core training group and combination treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the lowest(p <0.05).7、After 4 weeks intervention, angle of the body offset in three groups were all improved(P<0.05),core training group and combination treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the combination treatment group was the lowest(p <0.05).Conclusion:1、There was no significant difference between the control group, core group and combination group before the intervention.(P>0.05)2、Core muscle strength training and core muscle strength training combined with SDS were better than the conventional therapy and the rehabilitation effect of combined treatment was the best,in improving LDH with VAS score,ODI lumbar function score, angle of straight leg raise, area of the center of gravity, the difference in average foot pressure and angle of the body offset.3、This study found that the combination of core muscle strength training and non-surgical spinal decompression system can achieve better treatment effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
