Pelvic floor disorders(PFD)is a common comprehensive disease of women, which seriously affects the quality of patients’ life. The incidence of adult women is about 40%,and the treatment rate is less than 1/3.With the intensification of the population aging and the comprehensive opening of the second child policy, the incidence rate has been increasing year by year.Strengthening the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor function during pregnant and postpartum is an effective measure to prevent PFD and reduce the incidence. At present, the electrical stimulation and pressure balloon are common diagnosis methods which invade patients’ body and limit the scenarios.Magnetic stimulation breaks the mode of invasive treatment, but it is also a passive training method. The therapy method is single, and the curative effect is not as good as the active training.Studies have shown that combining pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training with biofeedback can get the most ideal and optimal effect. On this basis, this paper develops a pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training system with biofeedback which could carry out active training, and proposes a method of formulating individualized rehabilitation program based on pelvic floor muscle strength level. The research contents are as follows:The design of individualized rehabilitation training program.Test the strength of muscle fibers through the loop test method, and get the strength level evaluation report after strength test.According to the classification of muscle strength, the individualized rehabilitation training plan is uniquely matched with the assessment level. The collection of Pelvic floor muscle strength.According to the structure and force analysis of the pelvic floor,a non-invasive pelvic floor training seat is designed based on STM32,and a double half-bridge pressure sensor is used to construct a collection hardware system, including hardware circuits and structures,as well as to realize the collection and transmission of pelvic floor muscle strength. The design of biofeedback.Based on the design of an individualized training program,it is implemented through the technology of the application and the database. The evaluation and training goals with voice and animation prompts are presented on the application, and the pelvic floor muscle strength data are collected in real time. The data are uploaded to the application and displayed.Patients adjust the strength and duration of contraction and relaxation in time according to the prompt. It forms a biofeedback system. After testing and rectification, the pelvic floor rehabilitation system based on muscle strength testing designed in this paper has passed the electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety testing of medical equipment.Through clinical trials comparison, the system designed in this paper screened the pelvic floor muscle strength with an accuracy of 87 %.Training pelvic floor muscle strength with this system, the pelvic floor muscle strength level is significantly improved.
