BackgroundChronic neck shoulder syndrome patients with different degrees of depression,thus it is easy to become depressed.Traditional treatment is only concerned about the pain of the patient itself,not to treat patients with pain and mental stress induced depression,leading to the disease is difficult to treat and easy to relapse.This topic on the neck shoulder comprehensive syndrome patients as the research object,venlafaxine oral added in the acupuncture therapy at the same time,treatment of pain and ease of mental stress in patients with depression,has reached a lasting effect,not easy to recurrence function.ObjectiveThe clinical study of venlafaxine combined with acupuncture treatment of neck shoulder syndrome with depression,observe its curative effect.Then the venlafaxine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome with clinical depression curative effect to make the most objective evaluation in detail.MethodsWill meet the standard group of 130 neck shoulder syndrome were selected as the research object,by shedding light on screening the actual group of a total of 123 cases with international classification of diseases of the Tenth Edition(ICD-10)in patients with depression.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random sequence,61 patients were enrolled in the treatment group,62 patients were enrolled in the control group.Treatment group treatment: oral venlafaxine combined with acupuncture treatment,while the control group was only treated with acupuncture,a week for 5 days,a week for a course of treatment were treated for 8 weeks.Respectively before treatment and after treatment of 4,8 weekend evaluate its efficacy and safety in,through the use of digital pain scale(NRS)were quantificated curative effect and the Hamilton depression rating table(hamd24 Edition)were used to assess the clinical efficacy;and the amount of side effect symptoms table(SERS)to assess side effects,and check them one by one to record the results.Results1.The treatment group with venlafaxine combined with acupuncture clinical efficiency for 93.44%;while the control group only with acupuncture total efficiency 72.58%,statistically,with significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.2.The two groups before and after treatment with NRS(numeric pain scale,between the two groups was found to reduce the pain of patients index,treatment group score index(0.96±1.23)control group,the score index(2.24±2.56),so they have the extremely significant difference(P<0.05),showed the two groups can reduce the pain of patients,but venlafaxine combined with acupuncture in improving depression and more conducive to the relief of chronic pain and efficacy.3.The treatment group with venlafaxine combined with acupuncture overall depression treatment efficiency is 96.73%;while the control group only with acupuncture,the total efficiency of 80.65%,statistically,with significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.4.In the two groups before and after treatment compared with hamd24 scale reduction rate,the treatment group reduced rate(55.62±15.71)control group decreased fraction(33.69 ± 27.87),the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),exposition of venlafaxine combined with acupuncture compared with the single use of acupuncture in the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome with depression have obvious curative effect.5.The treatment group in the study appeared adverse reaction of drugs venlafaxine a total of 43 people(70.4%),there were adverse reactions of seizure frequency was 92 cases.Give symptomatic treatment or other measures for the treatment of 84 cases(91.3%)drug side effects disappeared and blood routine examination and biochemical examination no abnormalities.Conclusions1.For treatment of syndrome of neck shoulder syndrome,two methods of relative ratio achieved good clinical curative effect,for the treatment of patients with neck and shoulder pain can get improvement and lower rates of depression and venlafaxine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome with depression in patients with clinical efficacy in quantitative indicators are better than that of the control group.2.Venlafaxine combined with acupuncture treatment of this disease has good curative effect and safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
