【Objective】As the heart failure (heart failure, HF) has high morbidity and highmortality, if the myocardial contractile dysfunction can be detectedearlier, and then be diagnosed and treated earlier, the survival rate ofof heart failure can be improved. At present, it is considered that“golden level”is the test of heart catheterization. However, thistechnology is noninvasive method.it is not only costs a lot, but spendsmuch time. Ultrasonic cardiography (ultrasonic cardiogram, UCG)isgenerally used to evaluate the structure and function of the heart. butit have some limitations, so that its value is affected. This thesisestablishes rabbits acute heart failure model based on the verapamil bymeasuring the changes of T value, which can be indirectly reflected onUCG, so as to evaluate the patients’left ventricular systolic functionmore economically, reasonably and accurately. As a result, method for thediagnosis of cardiac insufficiency will be more early, quick, accurateand practical.【Methods】This experiment used the rabbit heart failure model,Through thestatic drops of verapamil cause heart failure, then measurement of leftventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolicpressure (LVEDP), heart rate(HR),left ventricular maximum rate ofpressure rise(+dp/dtmax), left ventricular pressure decrease of themaximum rate(-dp/dtmax)withed cardiac catheter, and the lead II of ECG is measuring at the same time.Research T value and hemodynamic indicatorsby this modle.so as to research on relationship between T value and cardiaccontractility. Finally all dates were analyzed by means of statisticsthrough SPSS11.5software.【Result】After propranolol injection left ventricular maximum rate of pressurerise decreased by47.3%(P<0.01),which indicated the status of heartfailure.all dates using Paired Samples Test for statistical analysis, compared with the normal control group, LVSP,HR, left ventricular maximumrate of pressure rise, left ventricular pressure decrease of the maximumrate were lower,P <0.01; LVEDP was higher, P <0.01.With the time changes, the changes of the normal control group, thestatic drop verapamil1minutes,3minutes,5minutes,7minutes and10minutes of heart rate,T value, left ventricular pressure, the maximum leftventricular pressure rising rates, all dates using Completely randomizeddesign analysis of variance for statistical analysis.Compared with normalcontrol group of heart rate, static drop verapamil1minutes,P>0.05;static drop verapamil3minutes,P<0.05;static drop verapamil1minutes,P<0.01; Compared with normal control group of T value, each group of TValue,P<0.05.Compared with normal control group of the maximum leftventricular pressure rising rates, static drop verapamil1minutes,P<0.05;The rest of the group,P<0.01.Compared with normal control groupof left ventricular systolic pressure, static drop verapamil1minutes,P<0.05;The rest of the group,P<0.01.【Conclusion】1.With cardiac contractility drop, T value increase. It is show that Tvalue could reflect the change of cardiac contractility.2.T value could reflect cardiac insufficiency earlier.
