Objective:To screening reliable parameter indicators and evaluate its application value for patients of coronary artery disease with normal and unspecialized changed electrocardiogram Methods:119 patients with normal and unspecialized changed electrocardiogram from patients of coronary artery disease admitted to The people’s liberation army 309 hospital from January 2013 through January 2014 were selected in this study, All subjects were performed magnetocardiography and coronary angiography examination. Positive result of CAG is defined as at least one coronary artery or its branches has stenosis above 70%. All patients were divided into 2 groups, include Coronary heart disease group of 75 people and control group of 44 people, Analyze quantitatively four indexes of the MCG: ACTM,RAM,CVEI and Rmax/Tmax,and put the test result into statistical analysis. Result:The clinically relevant information of each group, Including various risk factors of CHD, has no significant difference(P>0.05), The difference of ACTM between CHD group and control group has statistical significance(2.70±0.64vs2.29±0.68),(P<0.05), The difference of RAM between CHD group and control group has statistical significance(64.08±22.19vs37.57±18.33),(P<0.05), The difference of CVEI between CHD group and control group also has statistical significance. The CVEI of CHD group is located in the area(100-0), the control group(0-100) is located in the normal region, The Rmax/Tmax is significantly higher than control group in(6.49±1.76 vs 4.06±1.29). The diagnostic value of CVEI is relative taller, sensitivity can be achieved 73.2% and specificity can be achieved 61.1%, according to Youden index and clinical practice. Conclusion:(1).magnetocardiography has a unique diagnostic value in patients with coronary heart disease of normal or non-specific abnormality electrocardiogram and can be used for preliminary screening such patients.(2).ACTM, RAM, CVEI, Rmax/Tmax can be as an important parameter of magnetocardiogram in diagnosing patients with coronary heart disease with not specificity electrocardiogram changes.(3).The sensitivity, specificity, and index of CVEI are higher, and the diagnostic value is relatively high.
