ObjectiveBy measuring different intervention in the treatment of Parkinsonmodel rat substantia nigra of Caspase-3expression and protectionmechanism of action of damaged neurons to explore acupuncture in thetreatment of Parkinson’s disease process the optimized interventionopen new avenues for the clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease.MethodsAdopted6-hydroxydopamine right striatum double-targetinjection to build Parkinson rat model. Successful PD model rats wererandomly divided into pulse current acupuncture group Madopartreatment. At the same time builded the model group shamoperation group blank control group. PCA group were with theneedle along the skin from the Baihui through Taiyang connectingneedle to PCA20min every time4weeks of continuous treatment.The Madopar group took Levodopaand Benserazide Hydrochlo-ridetablets orally once daily administered continuously for four weeks.After the expiration of the observation PD model rats were anesthetizedusing4%poly-formaldehyde brain tissue perfusion fixation thesubstantia nigra was separated and saved. By immunohistochemicalmethod for the determination of rat brain substantia nigra of Caspase-3expression. The resulting data were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0software.Results1. Musical electro-acupuncture,pulse current acupuncture groupand Madopar group rat substantia nigra of Caspase-3activity comparedwith model group were significantly reduced with a significantdifference (P <0.05) model group was significantly lower than blankcontrol group (P <0.01).2pulse current acupuncture group and Madopar group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).3.Blankcontrol group and sham operation group showed no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion1. Verified the substantia nigra of Caspase-3activation canpromote apoptosis of DA neurons.Substantia nigra of Caspase-3contentand apoptosis were positively correlated.2. Musical electro-acupuncture, pulse current acupuncture to substantia nigradopaminergic neurons for Parkinson rat model has a protective effect.3.It is medicative of Musical electro-acupuncture and Pulse currentacupuncture treatment for Parkinson’s disease.
