The Clinical Analysis Of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Treated With The Associated Operation Among Decompression, Posterior Internal Fixation By Nail-stick System And Cage Fusion

Objective:Through the retrospectively clinical analysis of21cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with surgery which was the associated operation among decompression, posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fusion, the clinical effect of surgical, the operation indication, the rate of fusion and surge were evaluated.Method:The21patients (8men and13women) with lumbar spondylolisthesis from2011.5to2012.10underwent decompression, posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fusion after preoperational preparations,of which15patients were I degree,6to II degree and none of III or IV degree.All cases followed up according to personal standard (No unfollowed patients). The time followed up was ranged from3months to12months (with a mean of8.88±1.87months follow-up at postoperation). The imaging examination were taken by all patients every follow-up time. The rate of fusion and surge were not only observed but also the effect was assessed by subjective (stated by patients) and objective(examined by surgery).Still,JOA grade and Macnab grade was estimated by the surgeon. We could distinct fusion between preoperation and postoperation.Results:Postoperatively,the patients followed up on time.It proved that the lumbar fusion is full through X-ray and magnetic resonance on the sixth month. Based on JOA grade, the average improvement rate was74.97±15.13.Comparison between preoperation and postoperation was statistical significance counted by SPSS (P<0.01). Moreover, the result from excellent to badness was12patients,6patients,2patients and0according to Macnab grade.The success rate is87.5%.The patients had more improvement on ache and neurothlipsis.Meanwhile the quality of life had been improved.Conclusion:The way that lumbar spondylolisthesis treatment of decompression, posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fusion was proved to be excellent by this study,including examination of X-ray and the evalution of subjective and objective.In addition,the quality of life are all improved than before.As a result,the operation with decompression, posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fusion is a more ideal option.Certainly,small sample and short follow-up are limitations only for retrospective study.
