ObjectiveIn this study, GOSS system, including intervertebral fixation and bone graft compaction front, two filled cancellous bone WDFC treatment of spondylolisthesis, the clinical effects were observed to discuss their treatment, provide a reference for clinical treatment.Materials and MethodsThe August 2009 ~ June 2010 between the surgical treatment of spondylolisthesis treated patients, routine follow-up data of 32 complete fixation WDFC GOSS interbody fusion surgery. Including 18 males and 14 females, aged from 38 to 62 years, mean age 46.6 years; observed before and after surgery and follow-up, the slip rate, reduction rate and compared interbody height, in accordance with the clinical evaluation criteria evaluation.ResultsAll 32 patients were followed up for 12 months -18 months, an average of 14.58 months. Patients compared with the preoperative JOA score significantly improved (p <0.05), VAS score was statistically significant (p <0.05); review of X-rays, CT, etc., intervertebral height P values: preoperative / postoperative P < 0.01, postoperative / follow-up P> 0.05, preoperative / postoperative slippage rate of P <0.01, postoperative / follow-up slip rate of P> 0.05; treatment to achieve can maintain a good recent reset.ConclusionGOSS fixation and interbody fusion combined WDFC can avoid taking iliac bone, reduce blood loss and operative time, to complete a thorough decompression, the effective reduction, strong fixation, good integration, to maximize the reconstruction of the mechanical structure of the spine, reduce the loss of reduction, recovery and effective maintenance of disc height, intervertebral foramen and nerve root canal capacity, effective, high fusion rate, is the ideal lumbar spondylolisthesis treatment methods.
