| ObjectivSpondyolisthesis is the common disease causing the pain of waist-leg in clinically, whose incidence rate being about 5%. There are many methods of initial fixation operation in treating spondylolisthesis. To discuss the effects of RF internal fixation system and the bone grafts between cintervertebral space and processus transverses for the treatment of spondyolisthesis. Methods32 cases of spondylolisthesis ((male 18 and female 14), age ranged from 35 to 58 years old, average 50 years old. the courses of disease were 1 year-15year, average 4 year and 7 months. All of them had the symptom of lumbago, 20 cases had following pain one or two legs, 6 cases only had low back pain, 6 cases had cauda eguina neurosis, classified according to Meyerding standard, in which 5cases had I degree, 24 cases had II degree, and 3 cases had III degree lesions. All patient were treated with RF internal fixation system and combined the bone grafts between cintervertebral space and processus transverses. The slipping percentane, reduction percentane, heights of intervertebral space and fusion rate of preoperation, postoperation and follow — up were compared. Effect were evaluated according to evaluation of the clinic improvement. The obvious improvement were obtained in postopreation items compared with preoperation(P< 0.01). There were no obvious difference in postopreation items compared with follow-up (P>0. 01). among 32 cases, 23 cases were excellent, 4 good, The rate of excellent and good results were 93. 8%. The average reduction percentane was84%, Among them, Screw cinch happened and rectification was lost in 1 case, and one patients had radiculopathy which disappeared after 2 to 3 weeks, The rate of fusion was 100%. ConclusionGood curative effect was obtained in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis by RF device combining bone graft between processus transverses and intervertebl space. It is a Ideal method in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis. |
