| Objective: To evaluate the outcome of lumbar Spondylolisthesis treated with lumbar Spondylolisthesis reduction fixation system and postlateral fusion. Methods:All the Patients (ISCses) were treated by operation with. Spondylolisthesis reduction fixation system (AO-USS, HOISTinternal fixation SFinternal fixation) and postlateral fusion. Results: 15 patients were followed up for an average of 20 months. Satisfactory reduction and fusion were obtained in these 15 cases. The fusion rate reaches 100%.The postoprative symptoms disappeared in 13 cases and partial symptoms still remained in 2 cases. Conclusions: Spondylolisthesis is indication for reduction fixation system and postlateral fusion because of sufficient decompression, complete reduction and reliable fusion. |
