Objective:Study distribution characteristics of tinnitus patients by investigate totinnitus patients on the physical types, increasing the major intension of tinnitussyndrome and improving therapeutic effect of tinnitus, provide the new researchidea for prevention and treatment of tinnitus.Methods:①269cases of tinnitus patients were investigated by using standardiz-ed CCMQ to evaluation the scores of all kinds, comprehensive judgment of ninetypes of constitution according to China Association of Chinese Medicine standard“classify and judge of chinese medicine constitution”.②Input the investigation datainto computer data bases.③Use the SPSS16.0statistical software package to per-form analysis.Result:269cases of patients with tinnitus the classified sorting of nine kinds ofphysical type, constitution of Gentleness76persons, constitution of Yang-deficiency63persons, constitution of Qi-deficiency40persons, constitution of Yin-deficiency32persons, constitution of Qi-depression20persons. Tinnitus loudness mainly bylevel2, level3in all constitutional types, and the Acoustic immittance figure In typeA are common.Conclusion: Tinnitus patients are common in constitution of Yang-deficiency, con- stitution of Qi-deficiency,constitution of Yin-deficiency,constitution of Qi-depression.The onset age which was50-69years are most in constitution of Yang-deficiencyand constitution of Yin-deficiency, constitution of Qi-deficiency are common in40-59years old, constitution of Yang-deficiency which with2k to4k loss at high frequen-cy are most in all constitutional types.
