| ObjectiveOne analysis about result and treat step of reduction andinternal fixation together with traditional Chinese medicinetreatment of ankle fractures, at the same time to explore theadvantage of joint Chinese medicine treatment, in order to theprevention and treatment of disease provide a reliable basis andclinical experience, and as a basis for guiding three anklefractures, improve the excellent cure rate.MethodsInternship in the hospital with the contact of ankle fracturesin33patients were retrospectively analyzed for the study, who are23males and10females；the oldest is51years old and theyoungest is19,whose average age is35.6;13of them are on theleft and20cases are on the right; traffic accident in19cases,the height of fall injury in12cases, the other two cases; combinedwith other injury in5cases. Patients were divided into two groups,that is simply cut reduction and internal fixation group andinternal fixation cmbined with Chinese medicine treatment group.Preoperative reference pathogenesis, clinical and radiographicevaluation, Lauge-Hansen fracture classification as the standard for classification, to assess the extent of soft tissue injury,patients in both groups underwent surgery, surgery should payattention to the surgical approach choice, the protection of thesoft tissue,the choice of internal fixation and surgicalconsiderations, post-operative instructions in patients with therehabilitation of the system and take the necessary measures toprevent complications.
