With the continuous development of computer technology and biomechanics, software, three-dimensional finite element virtual model was more and more applied to formulation of ankle disease research and clinical treatment because of its unique advantages. To build a more realistic ankle three-dimensional finite element model, you need select appropriate imaging based data and provide more appropriate biomechanical parameters. This study gained five sets of elastic modulus data by measuring five people’s anatomic ankles. Through analyzing the bones structure of ankle coronary surface, sagittal surface and the horizontal surface, ankle had good bones structural stability in the coronal plane and the horizontal mask, and had good flexibility without bounding of ligament in the sagittal plane. Ankle joint complement stability and flexibility, and could play a good function.Open reduction is better than internal fixation in terms of anatomic reduction of the fracture fragments, but the recovery of ankle function is not only anatomical reduction of fracture, more importantly, restore coronal and horizontal overall structure. Open reduction would increase soft tissue damage, and it was not conducive to the recovery. In addition, it could make fracture block firmly fix, well reducte, but it could not solve the ligament damage. In the aspect of anatomical reduction external fixation had no advantage, but it could well protecte soft tissue. Ankle longer braking also helped to repair ankle ligament, and good repair ligaments could compensat bone fragments malreduction to some extent. Integrated Traditional and Western manual reduction external fixator blend internal and external fixation, so it could maintain relatively good alignment of fracture fragments, and provide condition for the ankle ligament repair by ankle braking. External fixator could adjust balance between the ankle bones and ligaments on the whole, was conducive for the recovery the overall function of the ankle.1 Ankle ligament measurement experiment1.1 Purposes① Through the measurement of anatomic parameters and elastic modulus of ankle joint ligament to obtain preliminary anatomical parameters and elastic modulus measurement data.② Comparison of the differences between them and foreign data. ③ Provide more reliable data for establishing the three-dimensional finite element model.@The biomechanical characteristics of ankle joint is analyzed.1.2 Object and Method5 fresh ankle joint specimens(Beijing anatomy Association Provide), no trauma and deformity were observed,-20℃ preservation in the refrigerator. To obtain anatomical parameters and the elastic modulus of ankle joint ligaments by anatomy and biomechanics measurement.1.3 ResultsThrough the measurement of anatomic parameters and elastic modulus of ankle joint ligament we obtained preliminary anatomical parameters and elastic modulus measurement data. Provide more reliable data for establishing the three-dimensional finite element model. The stability and flexibility of the biomechanical structure of ankle joint were analyzed.2 The measurement of imaging parameters in the trimalleolar fracture of postrotatory extorsion2.1 Purposes① Through the analysis of imaging data, the characteristics of imaging is summarized. ② Calculate the average values of imaging parameters.③ Analysis the biomechanical structure of ankle joint after fracture.2.2 Object and MethodBetween January 2011-2014 December 13 patients were collected and 28 patients were collected from December 2008 to November 2014, the imaging data of the patients were extracted and measured. Using statistical method to analyze data, to summarize the imaging features.2.3 ResultsThe average values of the imaging parameters of this type of fracture were calculated. Analysis of the biomechanical structure of ankle joint after fracture, We found that the talus and medial malleolus fracture block, lateral malleolus fracture block has close contact. The full analysis of biomechanical structure of ankle fracture, is the key to the success of manipulative reduction for the treatment of ankle fractures.3 A retrospective analysis of imaging parameters of the trimalleolar fracture of postrotatory extorsionafter3.1 PurposesThrough the clinical control analysis, evaluate the effect of External fixation therapy treatment. Through the analysis of biomechanical mechanism of external fixation therapy, and provide reference for the improvement of the method.3.2 Object and MethodFrom December 2014 to July 2008, we collected 28 cases of external fixation, internal fixation group 27 cases. The imaging parameters of the internal fixation group and the external fixation group were measured before and after surgery. AOFAS score was used to score the postoperative ankle function. The data of two groups were analyzed by using statistical method. According to the statistic data analysis the biomechanical mechanism of external fixation therapy, and provide reference for the improvement of the method.3.3 ConclusionsThere has no significant difference in imaging parameters between external fixation group and internal fixation group. The external fixation group had the advantage in subjective score after surgery. External fixation is more favorable for the restoration of the ligament function.4 Study ConclusionsThrough the measurement of anatomic parameters and elastic modulus of ankle joint ligament we obtained preliminary anatomical parameters and elastic modulus measurement data, provide more reliable data for establishing the three-dimensional finite element model. By X-ray film measurement, the average values of the imaging parameters of this type of fracture were calculated. Analysis of the biomechanical structure of ankle joint after fracture, We found that the talus and medial malleolus fracture block, lateral malleolus fracture block has close contact. Through a clinical control study, we found that the external fixation group had the advantage in subjective score after surgery and external fixation is more favorable for the restoration of the ligament function.
