Objective To study the clinical value of 3-D CT construction in the diagnosis and treatment of Malleolar Fractures,and to analyse the accuracy of Lauge-Hansen classification in the diagnosis of ankle joint fracture.Methods The retrospective analysis was focused on 133 cases of ankle fracture in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016,including 73 males and 60 females with a mean age of 44.83 years.They were examined both by X-ray and 3-D CT construction.To analyse the accuracy of Lauge-Hansen classes of the X-ray and 3-D CT construction basing the intraoperative observation.The two were compared with each other.To analyse the applicability of the Lauge-Hansen classification itself.The missed diagnosis of X-ray was found in this process.Results Two kinds of radiological types have high accuracy,with the rate of 88.72% of X-ray typing and 95.49% of 3-D CT construction.The difference between the two was statistically significant(?2=7.1111,P<0.01).The Lauge-Hansen classification itself is inapplicable in 5 cases,accounting for 3.75%,and the applicable rate is 96.24%.In the applicable fractures,the accuracy rate of Lauge-Hansen classification was100%.Conclusion X-ray and 3-D CT construction have high diagnostic accuracy in ankle fracture basing on the Lauge-Hansen classification.The 3-D CT construction has more advantages in the three-dimensional visual performance of fractures and micro fractures.Lauge-Hansen classification itself is applicable in this type of fracture,especially caused by indirect violence connected to predict ligament injurys,and occult fractures.In the diagnosis and treatment of ankle fracture,X-ray is indispensable.It can make the diagnosis achieve a high accuracy with Lauge-Hansen classification,imaging diagnosis index,physical examination and history of trauma.It is necessary to perform 3-D CT construction,while the diagnosis is uncertain on X-ray or heavy trauma needing continue hospitalized treatments.3-D CT construction can show the visualized ankle injury accurately,and provide a reliable reference for the selection of treatments.
