| Objective: Anal sinusitis is anus bowel division of common disease,frequently-occurring disease. Many anorectal diseases are also anal sinusinfection, such as anal fistula, anus week abscess, anal fissure, etc. Butbecause anal sinus inflammatory mild, clinical signs, it is easy to be ignored inpatients and clinicians, and so on in the prevention and treatment of analsinusitis, particularly important. The clinical therapy of anal sinusitis methodsvaried, but the effect is uneven, this thesis aims to evaluate and discuss thedifficulties away tong yang xiao lotion with zi yu ointment therapy of analsinusitis clinical curative effect, looking for a really effective for treatment ofanal sinusitis treatments.Methods: Screening the anal sinusitis patients,they were the outpatientsat the TCM Hospital attached to He Bei Medical University, the90cases ofanal sinusitis patients in accordance with the inclusive criteria. in which male52cases, female38cases; The youngest is20years old, and at most62yearsold; The shortest duration of2days, the most elderly people for3years.90subjects were randomly divided into two groups,45cases in each group. Tongyang xiao lotion combined zi yu ointment for the treatment group,10grams ofointment was injected into anus after lotion fumigation sitz bath,2times a day,morning and evening each one;1/5000of the potassium permanganatecombined ma ying long musk haemorrhoid ointment to cream as control group,like the previous method. Respectively in the two groups in10days for1course of treatment, anal pain, before and after the treatment of the belly,itching and other clinical symptoms and signs were observed and recorded, alldata statistics processing (SPSS13.0statistical software package),measurement data to (x|-)±S, using t test, accord with normal distribution, donot conform to the normal distribution with rank and inspection, the count data using χ~2test, P<0.05for the significant difference of standard.Results:1overall curative effect: The treatment group45cases were cured in33cases, improvement in12cases, cure rate was73.3%, effective rate was100%;Control group45cases were cured in22cases, improvement in17cases,6noeffect, the cure rate was48.9%, effective rate was86.7%. Use rank andinspection, Z=2.2663, P=0.008(P<0.05). The results show that the twogroups have significant difference in rectal effective and the treatment groupwas better than the control group.2clinical symptoms improvement: Two groups are significant difference(P<0.05) in pain and pruritus after treatment by using χ~2test, Treatment groupwere better than control group; Belly symptoms improved without significantdifference, P=0.098(P>0.05), cannot think that the two groups are differencein terms of the belly symptoms improved.3clinical symptoms improvement: Two groups are significant differenceby using χ~2test in congestion, edema, improve anal papilla irritationsymptoms (P<0.05), Treatment group were better than control group; Rectaltouch signs improvement has no significant difference, P=0.063(P>0.05),cannot think that the two groups are difference in terms of the rectal touchimprovement.Conclusion:1Tong yang xiao lotion combined zi yu ointment can significantlyincrease the cure rate of anal sinusitis and efficient.2Tong yang xiao lotion combined zi yu ointment can significantlyimprove anal sinusitis of pain and itching symptoms.3Tong yang xiao lotion combined zi yu ointment can significantlyimprove the hyperemia, edema of anal sinusitis and anal papilla redness andswelling. 4Tong yang xiao lotion combined zi yu ointment treatment of analsinusitis curative effect, safe and reliable... |
