Based On The Kidney Yang (Yin) Deficiency Edema Model Of Five Kinds Of "Lishui Swelling" Traditional Chinese Medicine And Its Character And Taste Resolution Components Of Meridian Research

The national key basic research and development plan(973 Plan)"theoretical research on the medicinal properties of Chinese medicine based on the efficiency of the benefit of water",the chemical separation was carried out on the water decoction of Semen Pharbitidis,Plantaginis,Cyathula Officinalis,Phytolacca and Tetrandra respectively.The property and flavor of five kinds of Chinese medicine for eliminating swelling of water had completed by the property and flavor pharmacology evaluation index system,and based on the traditional Chinese medicine and the related macroscopical indexes of energy metabolism,material metabolism and the four property attribution based on system biology.According to the research results of the study on the medicinal properties of Chinese medicine based on the efficiency of the benefit of water,this article selected five kinds of TCM to research.Five kinds of TCM are Semen Pharbitidis,Plantaginis,Cyathula Officinalis,Phytolacca and Tetrandra respectively.From the point of impact of water and fluid metabolism—kidney,this article used TCM edema models which was termed kidney yang(yin)deficiency nephrogenic edema model to research.By studying the effect of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on this model,the paper studied the function and effect of TCM that promoted water metabolism on kidney.To elucidate the sexual substance base of five kinds of Chinese medicine for eliminating swelling of water,and to discuss the effect of water benefit and the regularities of the channel tropism of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which are based on the kidney yang(Yin)virtual edema model.The experimental results are as follows:The method of kidney yang deficiency nephrogenic edema model is that rats were injected with doxorubicin in the caudal vein,meantime,they were injected with hydrocortisone by intramuscular injection.:The method of kidney yin deficiency nephrogenic edema model is that rats were injected with doxorubicin in the caudal vein,meantime,they were fed with thyroxine suspension.The paper researched the effect of five kinds of TCM to the kidney yang(yin)deficiency nephrogenic edema model through we test related indexes.The indexes are albumin,total protein,cholesterol,triglyceride,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,cyclophosphate adenosine,cyclic guanosine monophosphate,urine protein content,triiodothyronine,thyroxine,estradiol and testosterone.1.The results of five kinds of TCM on kidney yang deficiency nephrogenic edema evaluation showed that the water decoction of Semen Pharbitidis and phenolic acids,the decoction of Radix Phytolaccae and saponins,the polysaccharide component and the fatty oil component of the Plantago seed,the decoction of the Cyathula Officinal and the polysaccharides,the Decoction of Tetrandrine and the polysaccharides,can be different to reduce urine protein,improve hypoproteinemia and hyperlipidemia,enhance renal function,regulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis,hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis and ring nucleic acid system.The results showed that the five decoctions and the above components of the Chinese herbal medicine had a strong effect on the edema of kidney yang deficiency.The results preliminarily infer that the distractor,Semen Pharbitidis,Plantaginis,Cyathula Officinalis and Phytolacca are in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine theory,and it is consistent with traditional Chinese medicine theory.2.The results of five kinds of TCM on kidney yin deficiency nephrogenic edema evaluation showed that the decoction and polysaccharide components of the Semen Pharbitidis,the decoction of Radix Phytolaccae and polysaccharide,the decoction of the Plantago seed,the polysaccharide component of the Plantago seed,and the flavonoids of the Plantaginis,the decoction of the Cyathula Officinalis and the steroid component,the decoction of Tetrandrine and the alkaloid component,can reduce urine protein,improve hypoproteinemia and hyperlipidemia,enhance renal function,regulate the hypothalamus pituitary thyroid axis,hypothalamus pituitary gonadal axis and ring nucleic acid system.The results showed that the five decoctions and the above components of the Chinese herbal medicine had a strong effect on the kidney yin deficiency edema model.The results preliminarily infer that the bladder meridian.This study was derived from the national key basic research development plan(973 Plan)"theory of medicinal properties of Chinese medicine based on the efficiency of the benefit of water".The study was carried out on five kinds of Chinese medicine and its chemical separation components based on the kidney yang(Yin)deficiency edema model and its chemical separation components,and discussed the relationship between the return and the efficacy.In this paper,we found the basis of various traditional Chinese medicine substances which have the effect of water benefit on the kidney yang(Yin)deficiency edema model,and clarified the characteristics of five kinds of Chinese medicine for removing swelling of the water.The results of the above research basically explain the effect of five kinds of Chinese medicine on the deficiency of the kidney yang(Yin)deficiency edema model,which is in accordance with the rule of the traditional Chinese medicine.Using the kidney yang(Yin)virtual edema model to study the effect of Chinese medicine and the law of returning to meridian is not only a methodological innovation,but also enriches the scientific connotation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine taste,and provides an important basis and basis for the more extensive scientific research and development of these sexual functions.
