Objective:Observing the physical and mental status of the use of triangular traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with anorexia, the overall efficiency of biased physique and urinary D-xylose excretion rate changes, explore the new ideas and treatment of anorexia treatment of children. To observe the effect of conditioning and biased constitution on the quality of daily life of anorexia children, and to explore the long-term management strategies of children with chronic diseases in order to reduce the recurrence rate and prevent the occurrence of complications. Methods:Through prospective randomized controlled clinical research methods,100 patients with biased constitution were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 1:1 groupings were designed in parallel with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral zinc gluconate oral solution, and the treatment group was given treatment based on the biased constitution of the control group. The qi deficiency was given to the granules Astragalus,Atra tylodes Rhizome, and the wind blunt treatment.Hypocritical granules to give Scrophularia,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia treatment, one day.Observe the children's anorexia symptom score table, the change of scores of children's quality of life core scale, the recurrence rate after cure, and the change of urinary D-xylose excretion rate before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the intervention group was 87.32%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The daily living quality scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The excretion rate of urinaryD-xylose in the intervention group was significantly higher than before treatment, and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The number and proportion of anorexia recurrence during the follow-up period were lower in the intervention group than in the control group, with significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of triangular traditional Chinese medicine to improve physical fitness can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as appetite and food intake of children with a biased constitution, increase the quality of daily life of children, and reduce the long-term recurrence rate. The mechanism may be related to the enhancement of intestinal absorption.
