| Objective:1:To study the effects of atorvastatin on QTd (qt dispersion) and NT-proBNP in Patients with chronic heart failure, and investigate the possible mechanisms.Methods:Refer to the Diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure of The national higher school teaching materials internal medicine,The seventh edition.the Guideline Update for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Heart Failure in the Adult,70Patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,35patients were treated with basic Western medicine as control group;35patients were treated with combination therapy of atorvastatin with Western medicine as treatment group.QTd and NT-proBNP levels were measured before and after12week treatmeant.Results:(1)in two groups,QTd and QTcd levels were both significantly reduced after treatment, especially in treatment group.(2)After treatment, NT-proBNP in blood plasma was decreasing significantly in treatment group(P<0.01), Compared with control group,the decreasing was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with control group, combination therapy of atorvastatin with basic Western medicine has the obvious curative effect for Patients with chronic heart failure. |
