Objective: Ano-rectal disease postoperative pain is a complexdisease and surgical trauma on the body to produce physiologicalresponses, is the result of a combination of factors, along withthe development of pain medicine, is considered a complication, should pay attention to and given active treatment, because of itsdiversity and complexity postoperative pain, it has not yet formeda unified analgesic program. Western medicine with good effect interms of analgesia, but there are certain side effects and adversereactions, along with the theory of acupuncture analgesia, acupuncture analgesia and urinary retention show a good effect, andnon-toxic side effects, clinical practice, try to explore a viable, effective and reliable postoperative analgesia program, thepresent study, to explore the clinical efficacy of acupunctureanalgesia after ano-rectal hemorrhoids. Methods: A randomized controlled principle, will comply with theinclusion criteria ano-rectal hemorrhoids surgery in63patients,are mixed hemorrhoids Milligan2-3tie surgical incision. Thetreatment group:32cases, acupuncture therapy. Acupoint: Chang qiang, Baihui, Ciliao, Cheng-shan, Sanyinjiao; control group:31cases are tramadol hydrochloride oral treatment. Both groups wererecorded within24h after pain before treatment, after treatment,0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h patients with pain VAS score, postoperativeacute urinary retention case, after a margin of edema as well asindicators of safety and adverse reactions comparative evaluationof parallel statistical treatment, and outcome.Results:①Prior to the treatment of the two groups in pain within24h after two sets of pain VAS score comparison, the difference wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05),0.5h,1h,2h aftertreatment, pain VAS scores in the treatment group compared with thecontrol group has a good effect, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05),4h,6h after treatment painVAS scores, the treatment group compared with the control group, there are always high efficiency, but the analgesic efficacy of thetwo groups was no significant difference (P>0.05).②Thepostoperative acute urinary retention compared the incidence of thetreatment group compared with the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.01).③The postoperative woundedge edema compare the incidence of the treatment group comparedwith the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).④The postoperative safety indicators andadverse reactions, the treatment group did not appear abnormal, thecontrol group, seven cases of nausea and vomiting, two cases of sideeffects such as dizziness, were given the observed, did not undergospecial treatment, symptoms and relieve itself. Conclusion:1、The effective verification has proven efficacy of acupunctureon the ano-rectal hemorrhoids postoperative analgesia.2、Acupuncture to alleviate acute urinary retention afterano-rectal hemorrhoids with good effect.3、Acupuncture ano-rectal hemorrhoids postoperative analgesicefficacy of tramadol hydrochloride oral, with rapid onset, longduration, side effects.4、Acupuncture after a margin of ano-rectal hemorrhoids edemamitigation.5、The acupuncture application ano-rectal hemorrhoidspostoperative analgesia is feasible, safe and effective.
