Arteriosclerosis obliterans is a common peripheral vascular disease resulted from arteriosclerosis, which belongs to "blood stasis", "mortification" in traditional Chinese medicine. Kangmai injection is gained in about 20 years' clinical observation by professor Lilinggen, the chairman of therapeutic center of peripheral vascular diseases in the first . affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of TCM. Kangmai injection has favourable remedial effect in Arteriosclerosis obliterans and other peripheral vascular diseases. The research selected 40-80 years old patients in accord with the ASO diagnostic standard as the samples dopting integrated Kangmai injection and Western medicine to therapy ASO so as to study the integrated Chinese and Western Medicine treatment mechanism in treating ASO, analyse and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically. Method: We selected 40 patients treated,by integrated Kangmai injection and Western medicine. And we observed the changes before and after the treatment with the patients' symptom, physical sign, blood-fat, ET,TXB2,NO, 6 —T — PGF1α in blood, ect. Results showed integrated Kangmai injection and Western medicine could obviously lower patients' blood-fat, ET, TXB2, and raise NO, 6-T-PGF1α in blood. Conclusion: After treating by integrated Kangmai injection and Western medicine, interrelated norms to ASO obviously promote. So we can draw a conclusion: This treatment mothod can be put into practice and its apply should be extended.
