The disease condition is complex, easy to relapse, treatment is difficult,not only brought inconvenience to patients, also brings to the society and thefamily burden. Current Chinese and western medicine treatment method isdiverse, but curative effect is difficult to determine, and have high recurrencerates of regret. EHE needle knife therapy is applied in this topic, on the basisof clinical observation and detection in patients with plasma interleukin10(il-10), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), the change of the content, to study the effect of needle knife therapy EHE mechanism of needle knifetherapy for the disease to provide experiment basis.Methods60cases patients were for hubei province Chinese medicine hospitalaffiliated GuoYi inpatient or outpatient department outpatient service hall ofneedle knife, shall conform to the state administration of traditional Chinesemedicine diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinesemedicine standard specified EHE diagnostic criteria. According to order to seea doctor, check random number table,60cases were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group, each group30cases. Treatment groupwas treated with needle knife, one treatment,5days later did not heal, cantreat to do1time, not more than3times, the control group adopted outsidehumerus condyle on local closed treatment, treatment at1time,5days laterdid not heal, can treat to do1time, not more than3times. Observe two groupsafter treatment the clinical comprehensive efficacy, main symptoms and signsof improvement, the plasma TNF alpha, the change of content of IL-10, andthe comparison.Results1.Observation group of30patients were cured24cases, accounting for80.0%;3cases had marked effect, accounting for10.0%; Effective in2cases,accounting for6.7%; Is invalid in1case (3.3%), Dash show rate was96.7%. In the control group30cases, to cure18cases, accounted for60.0%;7caseshad marked effect, accounting for23.3%, Effective in3cases, accounting for10.0%; and Is invalid in2cases, accounting for6.7%; Dash show rate was83.3%. Two groups of comparison, after statistics processing, there aresignificant differences (P <0.05). In clinical efficacy score compared in twogroups before and after treatment group, after statistics processing, has theextremely significant difference (P <0.01). Show clinical comprehensivetreatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2.Plasma TNF alpha and IL-10levels: the influence of the observationgroup and control group before treatment the serum content of TNF alpha andIL-10, shows that the two groups were comparable. After treatment, twogroups of serum TNF alpha and IL-10levels are declining, but the observationgroup decreased more significantly, compared with before treatment, therewas extremely significant difference (P<0.01); Compared with control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Results showed that the needle knifetherapy can make EHE IL-10in serum and the level of TNF alpha contenttends to be constant, and the effect is better than the control group.Conclusions1.needle knife therapy of EHE, can obviously improve the patient’sclinical symptoms and signs, curative effect is better than the control group.2.Needle knife therapy can make EHE plasma TNF alpha and IL-10in patients restore balance, and alleviate the inflammatory reaction of humeruscondyle on the outside, relieve pain, improve blood circulation, achieve thepurpose of cure outside humeral epicondylitis.3.Clinical practice shows that has good curative effect, the recurrence rateis low, the treatment of the advantages of low cost, reduce the economicburden of the patients, for the treatment of EHE provides a new thought andmethod, improve the patient’s quality of life.
