Low Temperature Plasma Cobltation And Needle Knife Treatment Of Obstinate Lateral Epicondylitis Spondylosis Clinical Observation

Objective:Clinical observation of low temperature plasma cobltation and needle knife therapy for obstinate lateral epicondylitis and to compare the clinical efficacy study, to provide a new?simple and safe treatment method,widely for clinical treatment of obstinate lateral epicondylitis provide the basis for low temperature plasma knifeMethods:During February 2015-March 2016, at Heilongiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital, we selected 60 standard cases of obstinate lateral epicondylitis assigned to control group and treating group, 30 cases in each group, control group, acupotomy therapy, the treatment group low temperature plasma knife ablation treatment, and then observed the symptoms score.Result:The patients can tolerate and actively cooperate with the treatment, after the treatment of humerus patients tenderness, activities of pain,and forearm rotation function were better than that of control,two sets of data analyzed by SPSS come to P<0.05,The results have significance.During the whole research process, patients vital signs were stable,no bad phenomenon was found..Conclusion:(1) Treated by low temperature plasma knife and needle knife for obstinate lateral epicondylitis,patients'clinical symptoms and signs are improved or cured, Obvious superiority of the low temperature plasma knife.(2) Low Temperature Plasma Cobltation treatment for obstinate lateral epicondylitis,significantly improved efficacy, quickened onset and made efficacy stable. Besides, the operation is simple,minimally invasive, safe, good efficacy, good compliance of patients, and after surgery it does not affect treatment.
