Objective: Through clinical randomized controlled trial,Observing the clinical efficacy of small needle knife therapy and Chinese Massage in the treatment of Humeral epicondylitis. And observing differences in the efficacy of the two therapies in the later stages of the disease through a 4-month follow-up observation. Thus, exploring the effectiveness of 2 treatments. Methods: A total of 72 subjects(21males and 51 females)who Meet the inclusion criteria of HE were divided into experimental(needle knife n=36 11 males and 25females)and control groups(Chinese Massage n=36 10 males and 26female).Patients of experimental group were treated once a week and 1 therapy was a course of treatment.Patients of control group were treated fifth a week and 5therapy was a course of treatment.Patients of control group Took a two-day break after a course of treatment. Both groups were treated 2 courses. And then we Comparison ratings before treatment,1 week later of treatment and 2 weeks later of treatment about Simple Mc Gill and Mayo. Then observing the efficacy of both groups. And then having follow-ups and in 8 weeks and 16 weeks.Observing differences in late recurrence rates and effective rate at last.Conclusion:1.Pain score:Mc Gill:The difference of both groups' pain score before the treatment is not obvious(p>0.05).Thus the study between the two groups is comparable.Compared the Mc Gill pain score of the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks,we find that with the length of treatment, pain score is decreasing. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant.2.Mayo Elbow Function Score:By comparing the two groups,we find that Statistical difference before the treatment is not obvious. So the two groups are comparable(p>0.05).We find there was no statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05)after 1week of treatment. But the difference is not obvious after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Thus the therapeutic effect of the two groups was comparable in improving elbow function.3.Clinical efficacy:After 2 sessions,Through a comprehensive analysis of the two groups about pain score and the function of the joint, finding that the overall response rate of experimental group is 94.29%,and control group is 82.35%.There is difference of statistical meaning between the 2 groups(p<0.05).And after 16 weeks later, the overall response rate of experimental group is 88.57%,and control group is67.65%.There is difference of statistical meaning between the 2 groups(p<0.05).The clinical efficacy of experimental group is better than control group.4.Recurrence rate:By observing the recurrence rate in both groups respectively 8 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment, the difference between the two groups is not obvious(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in both groups is equal.Conclusion:(1)Both therapies have good effects On the treatment of Humeral Epicondylitis and needle knife is better than massage.(2)The efficacy of the two therapies is comparable in improving the function of the elbow.(3)In the area of analgesia, needle knife is better than Chinese Massage.(4)The efficacy of the needle knife is accurate and needle knife is worth promoting.
