Objective:GDM does great harm to both mother and child, the ultrasoundmonitoring for Pregnancy Fetal system can play an important role inscreening for GDM fetal, guiding treatment and assessing the impact onperinatal children, so it can provide a convenient and effective way forclinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Collected24-40weeks pregnant after outpatient diagnostic inChangchun City Maternity Hospital from December2010to March2013,the healthy pregnancy group(340cases,20cases in each gestational age,age19.5-35.3, the average age27.4); the GDM cure group: diagnosedwith GDM and received clinical treatment, the values were confirmedwithin the normal range after three consecutive glucose tolerance testsevery two weeks (340cases,20cases in each gestational age, age21.1-35.5, the average age28.3); the GDM not cured group: didn’t reachnormal in the clinical treatment(340cases,20cases in each gestationalage, age28.5-41.2, the average age34.9). All patients weren’t associatedwith other diseases after medical examination.Using Aloka5500color Doppler ultrasound, the probe frequencywas5MHZ, all the patients examined were in supine position, theparameters measured indicators included BPD、OFD、HC、AC、FL、FLL、CTD、MCA(S/D)、UA(S/D)、AFI.Results:1、In the measured parameters, the AC and AFI values of the GDMnot cured group were significantly higher than the corresponding normal group and the GDM cure group, there was significant difference(P<0.05).2、The fetal BPD、OFD、HC、RLL、CTD values of the GDM notcured group were significantly higher than the GDM cure group and thehealthy pregnancy group, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Therewas no significant difference between the GDM cure group and thehealthy pregnancy group.3、There was no significant difference in the fetal FL、UA(S/D)、MCA(S/D) values among the GDM not cured group, the GDM curegroup and the healthy pregnancy group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1、In the measured parameters, the Fetal AC, AFI has greatestsignificance in the diagnosis of maternal GDM and is expected to becomethe clinical primary reference index to preliminary determine whether themother has GDM.2、The fetal BPD、OFD、HC、RLL、CTD values of the GDM notcured group are significantly higher than the GDM cure group and thehealthy pregnancy group, but there is no significant difference in the fetalFL、UA(S/D)、MCA(S/D) values among the GDM not cured group, theGDM cure group and the healthy pregnancy group.
