Objective:Through theoretical exploration and clinical research along with the survey of TCM syndrome element of women with primary dysmenorrhea in southern Taiwan, this article summarized the distribution state of women with primary dysmenorrheal in the region and provided clinical therapeutics research for TCM prevention and treatment of the disease.Method:In the way of TCM syndrome element differentiation, This article analytically researched TCM syndrome element itself and the relationship between TCM syndrome element and clinical objective index among160cases of women with primary dysmenorrheaResult:In the160cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea, through the research on relationship between TCM syndrome element and basic clinical factors such as gender, age and course of disease. The results are as follows:1.In this study of disease postion of TCM for primary dysmenorrhea medicine disease: TCM disease position involving the uterus, little stomach, spleen, kidney, liver, main and collateral channels wherein the uterus syndrome element ranked highest, followed by the spleen. By statistical analysis, in the contrast among uterus, spleen and kidney, liver, lower abdomen and collateral channels, P<0.05,which shows significant differences. And among these, liver and little stomach, liver and kidney, renal and channels, kidney and stomach, contrast of each pair, P>0.05. Uterus, spleen and the relationship between age, P<0.05. By statistical analysis, uterus, lower abdomen and age presents are the reverse high correlation; spleen and appear in the same to the high correlation of age. Course of the disease and uterus, little stomach, liver, spleen, kidney, P>0.05..2. TCM differentiation types primary dysmenorrhea in the study:in160cases, asthenic syndrome (syndrome factor points more than100, with sthenic syndrome lower than100points) is54cases, accounting for33.75%, the mixture (both sthenic syndrome and asthenic syndrome and more than100points) is25cases, accounting for15.625%, sthenic (syndrome factor points over100points, deficiency syndrome with100points) is81cases, accounting for50.625%of. Disease of blood stasis syndrome involving, qi stagnation, wet, heat, phlegm, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, Yang, Qi, blood deficiency. Empirical relates to blood stasis, qi stagnation, wet, heat, phlegm, blood stasis, Qi Yang; wherein, wet, heat was statistically significant, solid syndrome of blood stasis syndrome element integral highest, followed by stagnation; four two two:blood stasis and qi stagnation and P>0.05, have no significant difference; P<in0.05, there were significant differences. Deficiency of Qi blood deficiency, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, with statistical significance. Four two two comparison:Yang Qi deficiency and P>0.05, P<0.05. Qi stagnation and blood stasis, wet and the relationship between age, P<0.05, with significant difference. But the statistical analysis, blood stasis and the age presenting with reverse correlation, wet and various age presents positive correlation relationship. Course of the disease and blood stasis and qi stagnation and comparative, P<0.05. By statistical analysis, and stagnation of Qi and blood stasis shows weak correlation with disease. Yang, Qi and blood stasis, qi stagnation in the actual situation mixture diseases are closely related.Conclusion:1. This study is the first one attempting to use quantitative dialectical method in TCM Syndrome to make a preliminary conclusion concerning women with primary dysmenorrhea in southern Taiwan. The study derived from the distribution of TCM syndromes in line with the rule of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome evolution and supplied clinical TCM basis in TCM differentiation treatment in treating women with primary dysmenorrhea in southern Taiwan.2. The major location of primary dysmenorrhea disease is in uterus, spleen, lower abdomen. Therapy based on spleen, kidney, and liver is very meanful.3. In this study, sthenic syndrome in primary dysmenorrhea are the most, the second one is asthenic syndrome, the mixed is the lest. Sthenic syndrome factor are mainly blood stasis, qi stagnation, the main asthenic syndrome factor are mainly qi deficiency. As age increases, the disease involving the wet heat syndrome factor reduced; As the disease progresses qi stagnation and blood stasis gradually increase.
