| Objective:To explore clinical significance of synergistic effect with combination of Dazhui vibrating manipulation and point massage via observing the clinical efficacy on treating juvenile myopia by Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage.Methods:A total of80cases conforming to the standards of juvenile myopia patients were randomly divided as treatment group and control group. Sixty patients in treatment group were divided into point massage group, Dazhui vibrating manipulation group, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group,20cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with simple eye health exercise, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with point massage, Dazhui vibrating manipulation, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage, respectively. Ten days were one sessions. The patients were treated for continuous three sessions. The uncorrected distant visual acuity, dioptor of myopia, dioptor of wearing glass and corrected visual acuity were examined in the first day and after three treatment sessions. The efficacy was assessed with last distant visual acuity and dioptor of myopia. The datas were analysed in statistics.Results:1.After three sessions,the total effective rate of the control group, point massage group, dazhui vibrating manipulation group, dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group were47.5%,75%,80%,and90%, respectively.2. After three sessions, the distant visual acuity of patients in the control group, point massage group, dazhui vibrating manipulation group, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group had a significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P<0.05)3. After three sessions, dioptor of wearing glass corrected visual acuity and dioptor of myopia of the treatment group had a significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P<0.05),while those indexs of control group had no significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P>0.05)4. After three sessions, the changing range of distant visual acuity, dioptor of myopia, dioptor of wearing glass and corrected visual acuity of patients in treatment group before and after treatment had a significant difference compared with that of control group (P<0.05). The change of dioptor of wearing glass and corrected visual acuity of patients in Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group was very significantly higher than that of patients in point massage group (P<0.01).The improvement of distant visual acuity of patients in Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group was significantly higher than that of patients in point massage group (P<0.05).The improvement of dioptor of wearing glass, corrected visual acuity, and dioptor of myopia of patients in Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage group was very significantly higher than that of patients in Dazhui vibrating manipulation group (P<0.01)Conclusion:1. Simple eye health exercise in the control group does not produce obvious curative effects after three treatment sessions, which shows simple eye health exercise can only play the health care function and has no significant prevention and treatment effect on juvenile myopia. Point massage, Dazhui vibrating manipulation, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage are significantly effective on treating juvenile myopia. Among them, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage is the best therapy for juvenile myopia.2.Point massage, Dazhui vibrating manipulation, Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage are effective on improving dioptor of wearing glass, corrected visual acuity and dioptor of myopia,etc. In addition, the effect of Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage is superior to that of point massage and Dazhui vibrating manipulation.3. These results indicate that the mechanism of treating juvenile myopia by dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage may be to act on Dazhui by vibrating manipulation, and the improvement of fundus blood circulation may contribute to the hemodynamic changes of basilar artery after continuous stimulation of manipulation.In addition, point massage on ocular tissue local can dredge Jingqi, adjust the spasm tonic state of ciliary muscle, and improve the nerves around the eyes. Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage can eliminate eye muscle fatigue and improve the eye function to treat the juvenile myopia.4.The method of Dazhui vibrating manipulation plus point massage has such advantages as simple operation, high security, convenience, no wound. It can be easily accepted by patients and worthy of clinic application. |
