The Clinical Efficacy Of Extracts Of Jia Wei Qiangzheng San Combined With Acupuncture In Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of extracts of jia wei qiangzheng san electroosmosis combined with acupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group, control group two groups, each group of30cases. The treatment group adopts Jiaweiqianzhengsan in local electric acupuncture, the control group treated by acupuncture. Compared two groups before and after treatment of toxic side effects, the clinical symptoms. And the evaluation of facial nerve function grading system of House Brackmann (H-B) for the evaluation of efficacy.Results:Jiaweiqianzhengsan electric acupuncture on the clinical efficacy in patients with facial paralysis around integral, symptom scores, Sunnybrook scores (H-B) of facial nerve and facial nerve grading, were obviously improved, and the poisonous side reaction, no significant safety and economic, it is worthy of clinical application.Conclusion:Jia wei qiangzheng san around the electroosmosis cooperate with acupuncture treating peripheral facial paralysis has better clinical curative effect, no obvious side effect,safe and economic,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
