Superfine Shu Gan And Spleen Decoction In The Treatment Of FD Liver With Card Clinical Research Stomach

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of researching ultrafine particle of Shu Gan stomach decoction to treat the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency of FD.Method:Using randomized controlled method,60cases of patients will be included in the standard in accordance with the "random number table method" were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases each respectively to superfine liver chienchung soup and rabeprazole enteric capsules, rely on will be the treatment, two groups of medicine are all around. Observation record FD symptoms and signs before and after treatment and adverse reactions.Results:(1) Clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms, the total effective rate was83.3%in treatment group, the clinical total effective rate was63.3%in control group, treatment group is better than that of control group(P＜0.05);(2) Symptoms before and after treatment the total integral comparison:two group total symptom score after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P＜0.05), the treatment group after treatment symptoms total integral drop is greater than the control group total score (P＜0.05) after treatment;(3) Main symptom integral comparison before and after the treatment:the treatment group after treatment the symptoms were improved significantly than before treatment(P＜0.05), while the control group is improved compared to that before treatment (P＜0.05) in symptom improvement after treatment, the treatment group improved significantly compared with controls (P＜0.05);(4) Two groups of adverse drug reactions and safety assessment:no adverse reaction was found in all treatment group and control group, two groups of patients before and after the treatment of routine blood, urine, dung and electrocardiogram (ecg), liver and kidney function had no obvious change, the treatment group and control group had no obvious side effects.Conclusion:This clinical study showed that amd liver chienchung soup is an effective prescription for the treatment of FD. Its curative effect is better than that of rabeprazole enteric capsules, rely on will be the control group, can be applied in the clinic.
