Study On Effect Of High Quality Nursing Care Service On Clinical Nurses’ Pressure

0bjcetives：To explore the influence of pressure to clinical nurses between the high qualitynursing care service and general nursing care services，Comprehensive understanding ofthe pressure situation to the clinical nurse，Put forward the effective measures to relieve thenurses’ stress in care wards,formulate improvement plan about the high quality nursingservices.Methods:Selection50nurses of10department providing the high quality nursing services（all aspects of the nursing implemented completely according to quality standards ofnursing services）in the second people’s hospital of Liaocheng for the observationgroup,50nurse of8department without the high quality nursing services (function ofnursing mode)as control group,Use the self-designed 《The nurse pressurequestionnaire》.Conducted a questionnaire investigation individually between theobservation group and the control group.Statistically data analyzed with SPSS13.0statistical software package. Compared the changes of nurses’ pressure before and after theimplementation of high quality care services.Results：The nurses Was facing the pressure increased by the reformation of the high qualitynursing servicesThe nurses’ pressure had significant difference in1.Nursing and working problems under the two nursing mode.(t=2.564P<0.05)2.Wards management and workload problems.(t=2.089P<0.05)useless written problem preduced pressure had no obvious difference.（t=3.568P>0.05）3.Working environment and instrument equipment problems(t=2.221P<0.05) The pressure produced by crowded word had no obvious difference.（t=2.981P>0.05）The pressure produced by no politeness of patients had no obvious difference.（t=2.135P>0.05）4.Patient care problems(t=1.180P<0.05)The pain coused by the nursing operating problem had no obvious difference.（t=2.249P>0.05）5Management and interpersonal relationship problems(t=1.668P>0.05)Conclusions:1The pressure of clinical nurse will further increased due to the further implementation of the high quality nursing care along with the practice,the further improvement ofnational policy,the patients’ service requirements and the further improvement in thenursing staff from their own behavior and medical behavior.2High quality nursing service is an important measure in the deepening of medicaland health system and reforming of implementing the scientific concept of development.high quality nursing service reforming not only to improve services of the environment,the medical examination equipment and related supporting facilities, more to solve talentallocation is not in place, the bed-nurse proportion serious disorders, health system lag andso on.
