Objective:It is that Hyperthermic Peritoneal Perfusion chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy is a new method for the treatment of gastric cancer. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect and evaluation of CHPPC combined with intravenous chemotherapy on the expression of serum tumor marker Pnm23H1 in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:80 patients from October 2015 to October 2017,who were advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine intravenous chemotherapy regimen for 6 cycles, the observation group was treated with CHPPC combined with intravenous chemotherapy regimen for 6cycles,and the serum levels of CEA ? CA242 ? CA199 ? OPNand nm23H1 were measured by ELISA method. The effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was67.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),the levels of CEA CA199 and CA242 in the serum of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the levels of CEA CA199 and CA242 in the serum of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the levels of OPN in the serum of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The level of nm23H1 was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the level of nm23H1 was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the serum levels of OPN and nm23H1,through CHPPC combined with intravenous chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer, which has a certain clinical significance. |
