Research Comprehensive Evaluation Of A Hospital Information Construction

With the development of information science technology and improvement of medical treatment,hospital informatization level has been one of the important marks of modern hospital. It is predicable thatthe construction of hospital informatization will play an increasingly important role for the developmentand construction of each hospital. At the same time, comprehensive evaluation on hospital informatizationlevel is also very important.This paper aims to build a set of evaluation model for the informatization level of China’s hospital.The evaluation model mainly includes evaluation index system, determination of evaluation index weight,score of evaluation index and calculation of evaluation index. Thereinto, evaluation index system includes I,II, III level indexes. I index includes six contents: hospital emphasis degree, hardware construction level,software construction level, human resource factors, informatization security level and performancebrought by informatization construction; the score of evaluation index is calculated by relevant computingequipment on the basis of scores given by experts. In this paper, comprehensive evaluation method hasbeen applied in hospital informatization construction of A hospital, evaluation has been conducted on thehospital informatization construction of the hospital, and the score of comprehensive evaluation ofinformatization construction of A hospital has been calculated. As a result, the score shows that theinformatization level of A hospital is above medium level in China, and the evaluation also reflects mainproblems and shortages in the informatization construction of A hospital at the same time. Finally, in thispaper, four reasonable advice on informatization construction of A hospital according to the evaluationconclusion: I, improve information safety level; II, increase the investment of hospital informatization; III,intensify the construction of talent team of hospital; IV, intensify standard construction.In summary, in this paper, a set of comprehensive evaluation model for hospital informatizationconstruction has been analyzed and built, and verification has been conducted by example. The aim of theresearch is to ensure that the comprehensive evaluation of hospital informatization construction can beimplemented easily and is more accurate.
