The Development Strategy Of Department Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In General Hospital Of County

The Chinese Traditional Medicine（TCM） is a part of outstanding culture in China．Thedepartment of TCM in general hospital of county is engaged in TCM in the Western Medicineenvironment．To some extent，Its survival and development reflect the state ofdevelopment of TCM．Research method，theory and practice of the method was used in this paper．The department ofthe TCM in the people’s hospital of Nanchuan District in Chongqing is an example．In anenvironment of the Western Medicine，the survival and development of the department of the TCMwas researched from the perspective of the corporate strategic management of in a generalcounty-level hospital．The major findings are as follows：①Accessed to literature at home and abroad on the development of TCM and Thedepartment of TCM in general hospital of county．②Designed of the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine thedevelopment trend of the questionnaire in order to understand the survival status of thedepartment of TCM．And conducted a17survey about the department of TCM ingeneral hospital of county.Then, analyzing the survey results．Elaborated the survivalstatus of key and core issues of The department of TCM and the underlying reasons ofthe status quo.③Analyzing the internal and external environment of the department of TCM andcooperating strategic management theory,，the department must find their places in theWestern Medicine environment to achieve a breakthrough,according to the currentsituation analysis of the department of TCM。④The department of TCM in general hospital of Nnanchuan District is anexample．The strategy of the department of TCM was analyzed detailed．Analyzingcarefully the spectrum of disease，the one hand，the department cooperates WesternMedicine sections to recover the stoke patients．On the other hand， the departmentsplays its expertise to treat the neck, shoulders, waist, and soft tissue pain therapeuticareas with acupuncture, massage, a small knife, a silver pin．Positioning treatment ofmovement disorders in the body’s eight systems，the department can responsible for thetreatment of a human body system as Western sections,to solve the SustainableDevelopment of the department.
