The Research Of Quality Standard About Southwest Honeysuckle

This systemic pharmacognosy research has been done in this paper, with methods of the southwest identification, microscopical identification, microscopical identification and physical and chemical identification, including histological analysis of the southwest honeysuckle flowers and buds.We had compare chemical constituents of the southwest honeysuckle with the honeysuckle and shanyinhua housed in the2010pharmacopoeia using methods of thin layer atlas.The result show that there are certain differences about chemical composition,but main chemical compositions are similar by and large.This paper focus on the chemical composition about flowers and buds of the southwest with normal plant chemical methods. As so far,14monomer copounds have been isolated from flowers and buds of the Southwest honeysuckles,mainly for triterpene composition and flavonoids ingredients,as follow quercetin-3-O-β-D-gluc opyranoside(3),28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-arabinopyranosylanoside (1),3-O-α-L-arabino pyranosyl pomolic acid28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosylester(2)28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranosyl of3-O-α-L-arabinopyrano syl-oleanolicacid(4),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-arabinopyranoside-ursolicac id(6), oleanolic acid3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),19-a-OH-ursolic acid-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-anoside(12),19-α-OH-ursolic acid-3-O-a-L-xylosopyranosyl(13),.3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid (14).At the same time, we had determined their contents with HPLC established the HPLC methods of them.What,s more, we had measure samples contents of different producing areas. Providing the basis for quality evalution and quality control of the southwest in Yunnan province.This thesis references to the methods from Chinese pharmacopeia (2010edition and appendix), measure sume items as follow, plant extract, moisture, ash, heavy metal. Setting up the criterion of limit and control about those items, drafting out quality standaras of the south-western honeysuckle medicinal materials, references to the formal quality standard.
