Clinical Observation On Usual Psoriasis Of Blood-heat Through The Method Of Cooling Blood And Removing Toxin, Replenishing Qi And Invigorating Spleen

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy on usual psoriasis of blood-heat through the method of cooling blood and removing toxin、replenishing qi and invigorating spleen, and observe the influences on related laboratory parameters such as hemorrheology and blood lipids of the patients through hemorrheology and blood lipid test before and after treatment.Methods:According to randomized controlled method combined with double-blind method, randomized in1:1, the patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups, they were treated by double-blind and double-dummy clinical trials, the trial group were treated by Liangxuejianpi soup, the control group were treated by capsule of compound Qingdai.A course of treatment was4weeks, observe for8weeks.Observe changes before and after treatment on rash area, PASI (Psoriasis area and severity index) score, clinical symptom score and laborary criteria such as hemorrheology, blood lipid.Results:A total of66cases of this experimental study in patients, including effective sample61cases of patients, the treatment group31cases),30patients in the control group. Two groups of patients in the gender, age, course and treatment area, PASI score before skin rash, clinical symptom scores in general clinical data, no significant differences. After8weeks of treatment, clinical curative effect shows:the effective rate was83.87%in treatment group and73.33%in control group,curative effect of two is no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups of greater rate were51.61%and23.33.%, after the comparative X2=5.191, P<0.05, two groups of patients greater rate are statistically significant differences.
