ObjectiveTo discuss PCOS patients’serum sex hormone levels, insulin levels, c-peptide levels and the correlation of TCM syndrome type, summarizes the general rules for disease-oriented clinical syndrome and secondary dialectical provide an objective basis.MethodDesign PCOS patients questionnaires, in line with criteria of128cases of PCOS patients carried on the questionnaire survey, record patients’menstruation, systemic symptom, tongue, pulse condition, according to the TCM diagnosis standard symptoms on syndrome differentiation and classification. (3) LH/FSH levels:PCOS kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group LH/FSH levels were significantly higher than the kidney phlegm-damp syndrome group and the liver of Yu fire syndrome group (P<0.05or P<0.01).(4) T levels:PCOS livers of Yu fire syndrome group T levels were significantly higher than the kidney phlegm-damp syndrome group and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group.(P<0.05or P<0.01).(5) PRL levels:PCOS liver of Yu fire syndrome group PRL levels were significantly higher than the other card-type group (P<0.05or P<0.01).(6) IMB, INS, fasting C-P levels:PCOS kidney phlegm-damp syndrome group BMI, FINS,60minINS, fasting C-P level was significantly higher than the other three card type group (P<0.05or P<0.01);PCOS kidney phlegm-damp syndrome group and kidney blood stasis syndrome group120minINS levels were significantly higher than kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group (P<0.05or P<0.01);PCOS kidney phlegm-damp syndrome group180minINS levels were significantly higher than kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe kidney is the root cause of the pathogenesis of PCOS, performance kidney liver and spleen dysfunction, Incidence of secondary causes are blood stasis phlegm and Yu fire, which, the main pathogenesis is kidney blood stasis syndrome.PCOS patients with different TCM syndromes between BMI and LH, LH/FSH, T, PRL, INS, C-peptide index differences can be used as in patients with PCOS syndrome type reference.
