Object:The object of the experiment is to export the affect of different medication administration and time of qing shi zhi tong decoction on the CPID Rat model. The indicators are Hemorheology and Uterine tissue morphology. Then choose the best administration, and explore the efficacy and mechanism, and provide laboratory evidence for the safe, effective and reasonable clinic treatment. And then inherit and carry forward the name of the old traditional Chinese medicineclinical experience and medication characteristics.Method:This subject adopts the chronic pelvic inflammation of the common pathogenic escherichia coli simulation the chronic pelvic inflammation animal model. From the Angle, aging concentration-response different doses, different drug caused by time for e. coli CPID model rat uterine anatomy and organizational morphology; Observe the Hemorheology by the automatic blood rheometer.Result:1.CPID model group compared with the sham group was significant difference between the high (P<0.01); the CPID drug treatment group and model group were significantly different (P<0.05).2.In the experiments, CPID Rat models’Plasma viscosity, Hematocrit, RBC deformability index,Erythrocyte aggregation index, Fibrinogen and whole blood viscosity are higher than sham operation group (P<0.01); Qian jin pill group and the different dosage groups of qing shi zhi tong decoction was lower than the CPID model groul(P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Different administration methods of Qingshizhitong decoction can remain constant CPID modeling the normal anatomy of rat uterus, so that side of the uterus of inflammatory swelling, water, significantly reduced hyperemia; can significantly improve the CPID endometrial morphology rats lesions, can be seen on the CPID rat model of pain Qingshizhitong decoction has good therapeutic effect.2.Intermittent half administration, continuous administration, intermittent administration and continuous half administration group can reduce red blood cell aggregation,hematocrit,fibrinogen levels of the CPID rat,increase red blood cell deformability,thereby reducing plasma viscosity,and ultimately reduce the viscosity of whole blood. So Qingshizhitong decoction can correct "thick,sticky,condensate,poly" of blood.3. We can see from the above conclusions:Intermittent half administration, continuous administration, intermittent administration and continuous half administration group can remain constant CPID modeling the normal anatomy of rat uterus, and significantly improve the CPID endometrial morphology rats lesions; and to correct "thick,sticky,condensate,poly" of blood. Intermittent half administration compared with the other three dosing method, batch dosing time is shortened, total daily dose and total to medicine, and reduce the amount of rats with CPID model has obvious therapeutic effect.
