Based On The Data Mining Technology Dachengqi Decoction Quantity Change And Related Factors Of Research

Purpose:Through analyzing medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction, the thesis aims to discuss the law of dose-effect relationship and influencing factor, in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and clinic application.Methodology:Consult medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction from622kinds of medical cases books and150kinds of magazine. All the collected materials form the research object. The writer builds up a Microsoft Excel database to input, regularize and preprocess the data, and then use data-mining to analyze medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction in main symptoms, dose, consultation, district and effect, so as to study the dose-effect law of Dachengqi Decoction.Results:(1) Among all the500medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction, there are81types of TCM diseases, and the top three are abdominal pain, Yangming Fu evidence and Stroke; there are83types of Western diseases, and the top three are Intestinal obstruction, cerebrovascular disease and bacillary dysentery, there are206main symptoms, and the first three are Constipation, abdominal pain and fever.(2) There are225medicines of which are adding, altogether2910times, and the most frequent three are Antipyretic, tonic medicines and blood circulation drugs. And the top five of adding medicines are Licorice (153times), radish seed (117times), peach (114times).(3) Among all the medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction, the modal number of herb medicine:Rhubarb15g, Magnolia10g, mirabilite10g, citrus aurantium10g, Xuan Ming powder10g, Fructus10g.(4) Analytic result of dose influencing factor①In different gender, male patients of Dachengqi Decoction frequency greater than the female patients, but there are no obvious difference to the original prescription drug dosage.②In different age groups, middle-aged and young patients of Dachengqi Decoction frequency greater than other age groups, childhood patients in the plural and the smallest amount of the original prescription drug, but there are no obvious difference to the remaining age groups.③According to the analysis of Dachengqi Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the modal number of herb medicine made by zones of different.④According to the analysis of Dachengqi Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the modal number of herb medicine made by four seasons of different.(5) Data-mining in decocting method defines application changes of Dachengqi Decoction after Han dynasty.(6) Among all the medical cases of Dachengqi Decoction effectiveness.
