Data SourceJanuary 1,2006 to January 20,2006, in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), with the search terms of "Suanzaoren", "Zaoren", "Fried Zaoren" and "Original Zaoren".The results showed that there were a total of 131 articles in the literatures, and 69 clinical prescriptions were collected. The results of the manual search of the ancient literatures 97 prescriptions containing Semen Ziziphi Spinosae were screened, and 58 prescriptions were collected according to the conditions. The results showed that the prescriptions of Suanzaoren.2. Data mining methodOn the Win7 platform, Excel was used to input the selected prescriptions, and then the data was exported. The database was excavated by using statistical software SPSS 17.0 and SPSS Moderler 14.1.Results1. Descriptive statistical analysisIn modern clinical applications, the amount involved Suanzaore are:10g,12g,15g,20g, 24g,25g,30g,50g and so on. The most common dosage of Semen Ziziphi Jujuba was 30g, the frequency was 18 times, the frequency was 26.1%, followed by 15g and 10g, the frequency was 16 times and 13 times, the frequency was 23.2% and 18.8%respectively. In the collected modern clinical cases, the maximum dosage of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae is 50g, the frequency is 1, the frequency is 1.4%, the minimum dosage is 10g, the frequency is 13 times and the frequency is 18.8%. Association analysis resultsIn the analysis of association rules between Suanzaoren and other drugs in modern clinical application, we set Suanzaoren as the latter, the support is 8%, the confidence is 90%, and the association rule 144 is obtained. In the clinical application, the correlation between dose and disease dose was set to 5% and the confidence level was set to 20%.40 association rules were obtained.In the analysis of association rule between Suanzaoren and other drugs in the ancient clinical use, we set Suanzaoren as the latter, the support is set to 10%, the confidence is set to 90%, and the association rule 113 is obtained. In the association analysis between the number of grams of Suanzaoren and the disease, a total of 22 association rules were obtained.ConclusionsIn the modern clinical application, Suanzaoren main compatibility combinations are:1.
