The Research Of Medical Insurance Problems Of Rural People With Disabilities In China

The disabled people are the group of people with variousdifficulties. However, it’s worthy of attention on the livingconditions of rural persons with disabilities who share the totaldisability of the75%population. Along with economicdevelopment, the living standard of rural disabled peoplecompared with the average standard is behindhand; there are manyrural disabled persons don’t have the support of medicalinsurance. It’s common phenomenon that they are difficult andexpensive to see a doctor. It’s related to national stabilityand social progress to establish the medical insurance of ruraldisabled people, to ensure they have the tangible medical andhealthy service. In view of this, the study has important significance.This article explores the development of rural medicalsecurity system which takes the combination of qualitative andquantitative research methods, and bases on the equity theoryand social security theory. To look for the medical needs of thisgroup essentially, draw the conclusions about the problems onmedical insurance of rural disabled people. This study suggestsdifferent levels of health insurance for rural disabled people.Combined with actual condition in our country, it’s importantto develop the medical aid and rehabilitation to rural disabledpeople, to ensure they have a real security system.
