Objective:To preliminarily cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, CIN) of TCM syndrome type distribution, research different TCM syndrome types and CIN colposcope RCI (Reid) score, for the objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation provide quantitative indicators, standardization, provide a certain basis for TCM prevention and treatment of CIN.Materials and methods:This study collected80cases from January2012-December2012, the second people’s hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology clinic in fujian province and the ward, all of the pathological diagnosis of CIN patients, aged26-60years, mean age41.21±6.78years old. For all references to the object of study in the new century national higher TCM colleges and universities for teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine ",[14](editor:Zhang Yuzhen China press of traditional Chinese medicine) leukorrhagia and CIN the contents related to clinical characteristics of syndrome classification, transformation of colposcopy was used to assess the cervical region and RCI score. Summary type distribution characteristics, the justification of CIN CIN different TCM syndrome types and colposcope RCI rating associated sex.Results:1. The survey collected26-60years old of CIN patients80cases, CIN grade Ⅰ27cases, CIN II class28cases,25cases of CIN grade III, mean age41.21+/-6.78years old. Among them, the age of21-30a total of6cases, accounting for7.5%;31and40years old, a total of36cases, accounting for45%;41to50years old, a total of33cases, accounting for41.2%;51to60years old, a total of5cases, accounting for6.3%. CIN patients received a high school or above education accounted for52.5%; Have a fixing occupation of50cases, CIN patients accounted for62.5%.2. In this study, the TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics of CIN:spleen deficiency,15cases (18.8%); Hot and humid card51cases, accounting for63.8%; Yin deficiency card clip wet14cases, accounting for17.4%. CIN between different TCM syndrome types colposcope RCI grading comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05and r=0.05); CIN the different TCM syndrome types and colposcope RCI correlation between score (P<0.05and r=0.05). 3. The different level in CIN CIN distribution between different TCM syndrome types of comparison there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4. Colposcope RCI score in CIN the distribution between different level compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); CIN level and CIN colposcope RCI score between positive correlation (P<0.05and r=0.05).Conclusion:1. In this study,80cases of CIN-more focused on the age of40, accounted for45%.2. Justification of CIN type distribution characteristics:damp heat syndrome (63.8%) for the most common clinical syndrome, spleen deficiency, Yin deficiency wet certificate at least.3. Three different TCM syndrome types in CIN CIN level no difference in the distribution.4. CIN colposcope RCI scores and CIN have correlation between different levels, as CIN colposcope RCI rating score higher, CIN level also is increasing gradually; RCI score can be used as a preliminary judgment of objective indicators of levels of CIN.5. CIN colposcope RCI scores and CIN has a correlation between different TCM syndrome types; Among them, the RCI score between0to2points, CIN TCM syndrome type in hot and humid proportion (15%), the largest proportion of spleen deficiency, Yin deficiency card clip wet proportion at least; RCI rating in3-5and6to8points, between CIN TCM syndrome type in hot and humid also accounts for the largest share (48.8%), Yin deficiency wet proportion of The Times, the least proportion of spleen deficiency.
