Objective:To explore the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) of TCM syndrome typedistribution, research different grade CIN patients with TCM syndrome type and thecorrelation of HPV infection, traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatmentof cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and prevent its further development, provides thebasis.Method:A multi-center clinical study,2010.7~2012.10into the group of295cases ofCIN cases, including the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi116cases,78cases ofWest Electric Group Hospital, Shaanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital39cases, ShaanxiMedical College Hospital33cases, Xianyang central Hospital29cases. Fill patienthandbook, collecting data and clinical symptoms, entry SPSS17.0, to establish a databaseof94clinical symptoms and signs assignment quantify asymptomatic is0, there is asymptom, cluster analysis methods using R-cluster France, clustering parameter(between-class similarity coefficient) maximum similarity coefficient method used toanalyze the findings to determine the group of patients into syndromes. On295cases ofcervical intraepithelial neoplasia in patients with information and data for statisticalanalysis and its syndromes associated HPV infection, and the statistical results of χ2testto determine whether the difference was statistically significantResult:1. On295cases of CIN in patients with clinical symptoms of cluster analysis, may be summarized as Yin dampness, spleen dampness, dampness, deficiency, blood stasis, six kinds of noxious heat syndromes2.209cases of HPV infection, six kinds of distribution of syndromes with regularity,in descending order: Yin clip wet, damp, spleen dampness, deficiency, blood stasis, heat toxin Yun bear3. HPV infection with age, educational level, marital parity and contraceptivemethods related..4. In high-risk HPV infection and multiple HPV infections, six kinds of syndromesstatistically significant difference in the distribution (P <0.05), were mostly Yindampness. Patients with CIN6kinds of TCM in four main HR-HPV subtypes were nosignificant differences between the distributions (P>0.05).5. HPV16/58subtypes of primary infection in the region. HPV16infection inpatients with various syndromes distribution trends in descending order of Yin clip wet, damp, Kidney, Spleen dampness, qi stagnation, noxious heat. Conclusion:In this study,295cases of CIN patients showed regular distribution of TCM,in descending order of Yin dampness, spleen dampness, dampness, deficiency, bloodstasis, noxious heat. Age, education, contraception, motherhood etc will indirectly affectthe development of CIN and HPV infection. Patients with CIN6kinds of syndromeswith four major subtypes of HR-HPV infection was no significant correlation. High-riskHPV16/58is the region’s major infections in patients with CIN subtype HPV16infectionin patients, six kinds of syndromes of a significant difference...
