Bufeijianpi Yin For The Treatment Of RRTI Children (Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe before and after treatment in children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections (RRTI) changes in serum levels of IgA, IgG, and Zn indicators and the clinical effete of bufei jianpi yin treatment of RRTI. Provide effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.and provide clinical evidenceof a new drug development.Methods:the study of compliance with this standard RRTI (Lung spleen deficiency syndrome)60cases of children, according to a random number tables were divided into treatment group and control group,30cases of every group. The treatment group to bufei jianpi yin, the control group to the spleen aminopeptide for1months. The peripheral serum IgA, IgG and Zn level detection treatment and control groups before and after treatment, Before and after treatment、after3months and6months to disease and curative effect of TCM syndrome points for the evaluation.Results:1. Treatment before treatment serum IgA levels, Zn levels and the control group, no significant difference (P＞0.05), the two groups after treatment than before treatment increased (P＜0.01); treatment serum IgG levels before treatment group and control group was not significantdifference (P＞0.05), after treatment than those before treatment (P＜0.01), and the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.2. Disease efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was93.10%, the total efficiency of93.10%of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05), two groups of disease treatment.3. TCM syndrome treatment group was96.55%, the total efficiency of86.21%of the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.4.
