The Study Of Point Appllcation And HuangQi Tiao Ying Decoction Effect On Mucosal Immune Function Of RRTI Children

ObjectiveIn this paper, the point application combined with Huang Qi Tiao Ying Decoction in the treatment yingqi and weiqi estrangement, pathogenic factor infiltration of the lungs type of recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Recorded immune related indicators of children before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms in children with follow-up 1 years. The western medicine group treated with Pidotimod tablets and compare the effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, to observe the effects of mucosal immune function of children with RRTI, so as to provide clinical basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of RRTI, so as to optimize the treatment of RRTI.MethodsSelect the yingqi and weiqi estrangement, pathogenic factor infiltration of the lungs type of recurrent respiratory tract infection of children 2 to 5 years old in 63, double blind randomized into two groups. Treatment group were treated by point application method combined with Huang Qi Tiao Ying decoction treatment, the control group oral Pidotimod. Before and after treatment in the two groups were collected saliva samples and blood samples, respectively, by using ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay), immune turbidimetry, bromocresol green method, in the two groups before and after treatment with mucosal immunity, detection indexes:sIgA, IgA and ALB. The clinical manifestations of 1 years of follow-up, including mean cough length, mean fever time, mean hospitalization time, the times of respiratory tract infections, and the first re infection time interval. The relevant criteria for evaluation of criterion referenced national conference to discuss the formulation of respiratory disease in children. All the data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software processing, all measurement data with the mean standard deviation (x±S)said, with the x2 test, t test were used for data analysis.ResultsThe clinical observation showed that traditional Chinese medicine treatment the can significantly shorten mean cough length of children with RRTI (20.15+6.21 days, P<0.05), and significantly protect children from re infection (101.58+16.59 days, P<0.05). Two groups have no significant difference in times of infections, mean hospitalization time and mean fever time, P>0.1. The effective rate of treatment group was 78.79%, and the control group was 80% Obviously, two groups have no significant difference in the curative effect, P>0.1.Results of the index test shows:Chinese medicine treatment can increase sIgA in saliva and sIgA/ALB ratio, P<0.05, can significantly increase mucosal immune levels and can be more effective than control group, P<0.05.ConclusionPoint application method combined with Huang Qi Tiao Ying decoction treatment, can significantly promote the RRTI children’s salivary secretion of sIgA, shorten the mean cough length, postpone the first reinfection, and the overall effect equals control group. That Chinese medicine treatment can enhance the mucosal immune function of children,promote the secretion of sIgA, improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of respiratory tract infection, improve the clinical efficacy.
