Effect Of Fuke Qianjin Tablet On Regulation Of Inflammatory Cytokines In Uterus Tissue And Endometrial Cell Apoptosis In Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Rats

Objective:To investigate Influence of Fuke Qianjin tablets on inflame-matory cytokines(TNF-α, IL-11β, IL-8, IL-10) in uterine tissue, endometrial cell apoptosis factors(FasL, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, NF-κB, IκB) of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Rats.Explore the molecular mechanism of anti-inflammatory immune of Fuke Qianjin tablets.Methods:The rats chronic pelvic inflammation model was established by mixed bacteria of Staphyloccocus aureus, Escherichia coli and M.ureal-yticum. Eighty female rats were randomly divided into7groups:the normal group, the sham group, the model group, the high dosage of Fuke Qianjin tablets(2.08g·kg-1), the middle dosage of Fuke Qianjin tablets(1.04g·kg-1), the low dosage of Fuke Qianjin tablets (0.52g·kg-1) and the control group. After21days of treatment, took the rats uterus. Pathologic change of uterus was measured by a microscope.The content of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in chronic pelvic inflammation model rats was measured by enzyme-linked immumsorbent assay(ELASA). The expression of FasL, Caspase-3,Casp- ase-8, NF-κB and IκB in uterine tissue was detected by immunocytochemi-stry.Results:1. Effect of Fuke Qianjin tablets on Histopathological:The Fuke Qianjin tablets in high, middle and low dosage can varying degrees to reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the rat endometrium, reduce uterine swelling, redness, and cavity fluid, reduce the adhesion of the with the surrounding pelvic tissue, promote its lesions of epithelial cell prolif-eration repair uterine tissue,and promote the recovery of uterine morpho-logy. HE stain positive scores of the Fuke Qianjin tablets in high, middle and low dosage significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05, P <0.01).2.
